Evolution and Rebranding of FSA
Fifteen years ago, then-University of Michigan Associate Athletic Director Fritz Seyferth brought his insights on the principles and disciplines of the best leaders and teams into the business world. The result was success for Fritz and greater success for his clients who benefited from setting a new standard of what “at our best” looks like on a sustainable basis. Built on the principles of humankind, the fundamentals remain the same today. Ever-changing is the richness in the sophistication and understanding of the nuances of why it works.
Based on academic research and his own experience in building teams, Fritz developed the principles of the Foundation of Winning in 1994. The essence remains the same, but for greater clarity we have renamed it the Foundation of Greatness. The desire to be great has deeper and broader meaning than the more short-term concept of winning.
FS/A has become a vibrant, growing, and passionate team of people who love bringing out the best in others. The fruit of the work is seen in the lives of leaders and teams that are flourishing today at levels they had never thought possible. We have developed proven tools to help individuals and organizations see the potential for greatness they possess, as well as understand how they may be compromising it.
FS/A changes the way clients look at the world, and how they make decisions; the Foundation of Greatness disciplines work. The new website and branding will help share the impact we can have on the lives of those who are passionate about growing, and wish to be better tomorrow than they are today.
